It is no longer acceptable for employers to assume an employee is competent, which makes the Verification of Competency assessment (VOC) ideal for assessing existing and contract employees along with pre-employment competency checks.
Our VOC program involves minimal disruption to the workplace. It is usually conducted on-site against checklists developed using National Competencies and existing Site Policies and Procedures, including workplace rules/policies, Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS), and Job Environmental & Safety Analysis (JSA / JEA) documentation and tailoring a solution which aligns to individual business requirements.
